Here are some blue 1" square lenses, used everywhere in the Death Star set, Falcon, Tie fighter chest box...
This is the "prop-accurate version", It is cut with a circular saw from light blue acrylic, color #2648. This color is surprisingly light compared to what can be seen on screen in the sets, but it was matched to a screen-used TIE fighter chest box by someone from the community. I also offer "idealized" versions separately, this one is for the screen-accurate lovers, comes with proper color, saw marks and all :-)

Lenses come protected on both side with a peel paper layer. They are cut with a circular saw, the sides are pretty clean but they are raw. The bottom edges or corners can exhibit some very small defects from the process, all very screen-acurate :-)
The blue is a pretty light and rather opaque blue, you might be surprised when receiving it, the buttons often look darker on set, however, please check the TIE fighter chest box photo included with a more natural lighting, you'll see that those were pretty light and colorfull!
The current consensus on the set lenses is that some were glued as is on the wall but some were glued on top of a circular hole with a light behind. This accounts for all the different looks those lenses have on screen :-)
