The buttons can be glued to the lens directly.
The variation with screw is in very limited numbers as it includes vintage kalimar screws and I had just 12 of those, I hope you understand :-)
I have no screws left, sorry!
The version with no screws is threaded to accept a vintage Kalimar screw. There are at least 12 slotted raised chromed little screws that are correct on a Kalimar body, just take one, thread it into the button and glue the button to the lens :-)
