Barbican Vader stunt saber - Painted

Assembled, painted and weathered Barbican sabers, as close as possible to the original!

At the time, this saber started it's life as the iconic square shroud stunt saber for ANH. The saber was modified several times along its life during the 3 movies and later museum appearances, serving as a stunt in ESB with added bolts, then becoming the Severed hand stunt in ROTJ and finally displayed in the Barbican museum of London after some final modifications, as visible here. It was later on the inspiration for the ROTS Anakin saber as well. This saber had a very eventful life!

The kits are based on months of research, prototyping, 3D modeling and camera match on over 30 reference images, private photos and direct measurements, for the most accurate possible proportions and details.
