I would like to inform my clientele that since I unfortunately lost all the points on my taxi license, I am forced, for the time being, to subcontract shipping to the French Post delivery service. I, well, I mean, they deliver worldwide luckily..
The shipping costs depend on the destination country, the weight, size and value of the order inside the box. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart depending on the chosen items, after you enter your address and validate the carrier.
I recommend that you create your personal account and log in before placing your order to be able to see the shipping cost of your actual country.
Since the Mangalores now syndicated themselves, I have to create my items, handle my stock, my orders, wrap the packages and send them all myself, yes… all by myself. I do my best to send the packages within 2-5 working days of the order (this timeframe can vary depending on the amount of orders to process).
For the customized items, I will ask you for a bit more patience and to grant me an average timeframe of 6-10 working days to craft the items, except if explicitly mentioned otherwise on the product page.
In order to… save the world (ok, I have to admit, mostly because the Mondoshawans scared me last time they visited), I tend to use as little wrapping as possible for the packages and when possible, I’m likely to reuse boxes or wrapping material. When reusing is not possible, I’ll choose the most ecologically friendly wrappings I can find, recycled and recyclable!
INTERNATIONAL
For all international orders, the customer must imperatively verify the eventual fees, taxes, custom charges or clearance fees due upon entering his country. He must also be informed of any law prohibiting the importation of the products into his country. Those eventual fees can add a substantial cost to the order and are the full responsibility of the buyer. If you are unfamiliar with those eventual custom fees and taxes, please speak with your local post office or customs office for more information. This information must imperatively be researched prior to placing an order.
If custom fees or charges are refused at the delivery, the package will be returned and the shipping costs will not be refunded.
QUESTIONS AND RETURNS
In accordance with French regulations, you are allowed a 14 days withdrawal period after receiving your order. For any withdrawal request or question, please send a mail to: contact@supergreenprops.com. I’ll do my best to find a solution with you.
In case of return, the items must be accompanied by the return slip available in the terms and conditions category in the “return” section and must be in their original, unused condition.
The return shipping costs are the customer responsibility.
The return package must have a tracking number and I will not be able to refund any package lost or damaged during transit.
For international orders, I can’t refund any of the various custom taxes and fees that the customer eventually paid in his country.
Once the items are returned in good condition, I’ll do my best to refund you within 2-4 days.
Customized or made to measure orders cannot be returned.
