This is a rarely seen part of the Leia ESB comlink that has never been offered before.
1mm thick Stainless steel laser cut bent part. The weathering visible on the part is melted glue from the plastic protective sheet left by the laser cutting, it can go off with a simple wipe of alcohol but I left it untouched as it's perfect natural weathering, giving a proper vintage look to the part :-)
There has obviously been some degree of interpretation for this part as the references are pretty poor for the prop in filming condition. However, I have done my best to make everything as accurate as possible. Here, I even used the impression of the part left in the thick glue they used at the time to define some of the shape and the exact position and size of the holes :-)
